Virtual Book Club: French Exit

Online eProgram
Thursday, May 21st
2:00 p.m.

Drop in; no registration required.

Come (virtually) together and share your love of books and reading! Dive into great reads through the Library's online book club!

The pick for May 21st is French Exit by Patrick deWitt. This brilliant and darkly comic novel tells the story of a wealthy widow and her adult son who flee New York for Paris in the wake of scandal and financial disintegration. Brimming with pathos and wit, French Exit is a one-of-a-kind "tragedy of manners," a riotous send-up of high society, and a moving mother/son caper.
