With a focus on fall prevention, this class couples education with participation in exercises and balance activities that can help reduce your risk of falls. Time will be spent increasing lower body and core strength, balance, and improving posture. Come join us for a fun, interactive experience, and put yourself in the best possible place to avoid fall occurrence.
