Book a tour of Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle, or Orono, Branch! Library staff will show you around the branch, highlight areas that are relevant to your group, and issue Library cards. Available for any age or group and tailored to your unit of study or interests. Plan to be at the Library for 30-45 minutes.
Book a storytime at any Library branch! Library staff will tailor a storytime to any age or type of group and to your unit of study or interests. Plan to be at the Library for 30-45 minutes. Book talks or chapter readings available for older ages.

STEAM, eBooks, and genealogy, oh my! There are so many new things to enjoy at the Library. Customized to any age or group, Library staff will show your group how to use Library resources to the fullest. Plan to be at the Library for 30-60 minutes depending on the range of resources of interest to your group.

Let us bring the Library to you! Library staff will bring a customized visit for your group to your location. Plan for a 45–60-minute visit depending on the topics of interest to your group.
Educators! We’d love to meet your class! The Library can offer a visit tailored to your grade at your school or local branch. We’ll highlight the TD Summer Reading Club and help your students prepare for a successful September.

Educators are encouraged to distribute Library card applications to your students prior to a class visit. Print off the Library Card Registration form here, and make copies to distribute to your students.
Please note: a parent or guardian must sign these applications and completed applications should be submitted to the Library at least one (1) week in advance of your visit so that they can be ready for the visit.
