Baby & Me Yoga (Session 1)

3:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Five-class workshop series.
Advanced registration required; space is limited. Register online, in person, or by phone. 
No charge.

This workshop series is an introduction to yoga and a great way to tone your body and mind while bonding with your baby. Yoga builds strength, flexibility and concentration, and this class will set you on the path to increased wellness.

Another session of Baby & Me Yoga is being offered at the Bowmanville Branch on Thursdays, February 15 to March 15

Presented in partnership with the Bowmanville YMCA Ontario Early Years Centre.
