SMART Serve Certification (Essential Skills Workshop - Session 1)

Registrants must be 18+ years.​

Learn how to implement a responsible alcohol service and maintain a safe environment. 

Participants must complete one full six-hour course and an evaluation to achieve certification. The Smart Serve Responsible Alcohol Beverage Service Training Program is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as a server training program for the Ontario hospitality industry.

An individual must be 18 years of age or older to serve, sell or handle alcohol in Ontario.

Presented in partnership with Durham College. All programming is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development.
